- From the time I was born I was involved with the restaurants. My parents had and still have a restaurant back home in Cyprus where I come from. I left Cyprus for a better future. After 30 years of work, I retired. After leaving Cyprus I thought I never get involved with restaurants again. I was wrong. A few years ago, with a friend we opened up a Greek restaurant. At the same time I started a website about Greek Cuisine. What I loved doing since I was a kid never died. That is Cooking.
